If there were no other reason you had as a #GenXer or #SandwichGen to VOTE for @VP, she just gave it to you. My last 5 years have been this issue: how to take care of a suddenly ill parent who was working, healthy, and then not. The costs are prohibitive. This is so very needed.

Despite 25+ years living no closer than 3000km (and up to 18000km) away from family did we ever have a real plan for what would happen when a parent or loved one was incapacitated or dying. My advice for new #defencefamilies - have a plan #mobilefamilies #sandwichgen
Ack! Enough with the paperwork episodes! (Bur first, you have yours in order right?)
Now, here's how paperwork makes me feel. Plus, looking at this sweetness makes me feel better when the hubs bugs me about legal stuff and asks me dumb questions.

Many men are family #caregivers but the pandemic has increased pressure on women, especially those in the #sandwichgen. This author says women have taken on a 3rd role: mother, caregiver & now teacher. To all the women taking on more: OCO is here for you. https://t.co/mfKfOGMm4W
