Scheme was a great success. It funded itself, reduced accidents & increased compliance to traffic rules. It's legality was never challanged in court. Similar scheme is operational in Delhi 4 years. Goan vote bank politics got it scrapped. @thegoanonline https://t.co/4X19daHuvd
