.@Amazon You literally drove traffic AWAY from the #AmazonSmile website. Many times when shopping on @amazonsmile, I'd notice I'd been redirected back to the main website. You could've let users opt-in/turn-on Smile donations permanently in account settings.

#amazonsmile Extremely disappointed in @amazon Our small non-profit 501c3 special need dog charity for dogs suffering from #Megaesophagus relied on these funds to aid these dogs in shelters and rescues. Every penny was spent helping these dogs & families.
