URGENT! WE NEED IMMEDIATE HELP!!! Woke up this morning and our precious, sweet 14-year-old rescue pup Dora — who has been with us since 8 months of age after being rescued from terrible abuse — with the scariest looking, all-pink tissue, prolapse of her third eyelid. She also has a concurrent yeast infection because of her chronic seborrhea has flared up. We just had her at the vet 2 days ago, and the cost for the labs and treatment of the seborrhea was $367 that I didn’t have, so I used the little bit of Care Credit left. I have to take her to the emergency vet for the eye. Surgery is almost always indicated, and can range from a repair of the eyelid to complete eye removal. All options are around $2000 and up!! I have no idea how we are going to afford this, but if I have to sell my blood to make sure she is okay, I will! Please help me pay for Dora’s veterinary treatment and surgery today!!! I am so so worried about her because of her age. Please help me to ensure that she has WHATEVER medical treatment is necessary! Thank you all so, so much in advance!
