The hospital laboratories are so understaffed and under-equipped that patients do blood tests and the “results” only come out AFTER they are dead.
Or discharged.
Blood tests that ordinarily you should get the results the same day.

My greatest salute was when an abandoned building in the quarters was repainted to give a false perspective of being used. That was a great wow just to see it waste away years after. We wud have thought renovations starts from painting before interiors #SaveOOUTH
