وزیراعظم پاکستان سے اپیل : ٹی ٹی ایس اساتذہ کے جائز مطالبات پر فوری غور کیا جائے۔
4,000 سے زائد پی ایچ ڈی اساتذہ کو اسلام آباد میں احتجاج پر مجبور کرنے کے بجائے ان کے مسائل افہام و تفہیم سے حل کیے جائیں۔

ہائر ایجوکیشن ریفارم ٹاسک فورس کے اجلاس کی صدارت کرتے ہوئے اعلیٰ تعلیم کے پے اسکیل نظام کا تفصیلی جائزہ لیا گیا۔ یہ ٹاسک فورس اسی مقصد کے لیے قائم کی گئی ہے کہ جامعات میں درپیش اہم پالیسی مسائل کا جائزہ لے کر مؤثر اصلاحات تجویز کی جا سکیں۔
اجلاس میں میرٹ، قابلِ پیمائش نتائج اور کارکردگی پر مبنی فیکلٹی سروس سسٹم کو مزید مضبوط بنانے کی ضرورت پر زور دیا گیا۔ ٹی ٹی ایس تنخواہوں میں جمود اور باصلاحیت اساتذہ کو برقرار رکھنے کے اہم چیلنج کو بھی اجاگر کیا گیا۔
اس بات پر اتفاق کیا گیا کہ اعلیٰ تعلیم کے نظام میں بہترین علمی صلاحیتوں کو متوجہ اور برقرار رکھنے کے لیے عملی اقدامات ناگزیر ہیں۔ آئندہ کے لیے یہ رائے سامنے آئی کہ بنیادی بی پی ایس فریم ورک کو برقرار رکھتے ہوئے مسابقتی مراعات فراہم کی جائیں تاکہ جامعات میں تحقیق، تدریس اور علمی معیار کو مزید بہتر بنایا جا سکے۔
