A volunteer writes: Misty is everything I love about cats. A decision making process I can't quite grasp, a definitive interest in his world and an inconsistent interest in me, he's just pretty perfect. Misty was brought to us in the summer when his guardian went into care and was no longer able to care for him. He was soon adopted and though it wasn't the right fit at the time, Misty keeps trying and so do we. He chirped out a hello when he saw me at the door, but ran back to his den when he saw me go to open it. Though I chose to interpret this as an unconventional invitation to admire from a distance, I also know that Misty is no fan of the Care Center and typically doesn't miss an opportunity to tell us as much. He's a curious fellow who likes to play with lasers, so as we sat for a while doing that I realized that Misty just wants someone to welcome him as he is. β€οΈ π»β€οΈ π»β€οΈ π»
