@Idea Highly pathetic service by Vodafone Idea. You guys yourself activated Amazon prime service on my mobile number without my consent and now your are asking to pay for the same. No response for my complaint #saynotoidea

@ideacellular @idea_cares needs to learn from Ministry how they follow up on a issue. And for a issue u call idea customer care or email them. They say visit idea outlet. @idea_cares yesterday replied me with a DM that we will resolve your problem just give your mobile number and after 24 hours the situation has remained the same.#saynotoidea if you are not ready to assist me with my problem directly say that change your service provider.
