@IndiGo6E And what about those who had to pay significantly more for their travels? Providing refund for your botch up is clearly not enough. You must compensate for alternate ticket bought and a compensation for inconvenience. #saynotoindigo till full compensation.
@IndiGo6E

We demand accountability from @IndiGo6E ( Flight No. 6E2395) for the brutal harassment faced by all passengers on the Varanasi to Delhi flight.
No assistance, no refund, and no stay arrangements are unacceptable. This is not how customers should be treated.

Trickster Indigo has several such up its sleeve !Like selling you only coffee with nuts when you r looking only for cup of coffee!Like forgetting to give you back your change each time for food,like saying credit card not working etc etc . #SayNotoIndigo https://t.co/KNjnc3A8wR
@anuswaram @IndiGo6E I second that. Such a worst airline service. Had to buy the seats as I couldnโt make my 4yr old kid sitting alone somewhere. And we donโt have much options in BLR->VJA route. #SayNoToIndigo
On top of this, the agent at the counter is telling that father that it is "Customer's failure" to read terms and conditions it seems. Wow

A small family of father, mother, one 6 yr old, one 4 yr old, and their granny flying on the same @IndiGo6E flight. They cannot unfortunately speak proper English. It is INHUMAN that you assigned them five different seats in five different places. For 4 and 6 yr old??? Really??

I will use @airvistara or @airindiain or @AirAsiaIndia EVEN IF THEY ARE TWICE OR THRICE THE PRICE. But NOT @IndiGo6E
In fact, I have an upcoming Bombay trip with Indigo, which I am going to cancel and rebook even if it is a loss for me.
