Stony brown earth and slate soil, oxidized iron on the stones. Our grapevines have rooted themselves deeply in these soils at #Eisenberg and create a wine that is masculine and exotic, edgy and a bit on the wild side, with an impressive acid backbone and racy tannins. #saybritz

The #Rotoler is one of our particularly steep vineyards in the site #Saybritz. That's where we're thining the #Blaufränkisch. For the first time we're supported by Rosaline and Dwain from Taiwan. The two will work in our winery for the next year. We love our #teaminternational!
