It is March 31 and I don't have an Aadhaar to link with PAN. Aadhaar's propagandists have spent a decade insisting it is optional and meant to be an instrument of inclusion. Today I stand threatened of having my life destroyed for testing this claim. Your move, Aadhaar mafia.
