What a great day at the #ScienceMarket last week in Göttingen (despite the rain!). A constant stream of visitors intrigued by our mini wind tunnel and 3D movies of self-organizing cells kept everyone busy right until the end at 7pm. Thanks to everyone involved! @maxplanckpress
Impressions from the #ScienceMarket at Göttingen for the #MaxPlanck75 celebrations. Despite the weather, hundreds of visitors came to our #neuroscience tent and used the opportunity to control a robotic claw via electrodes placed on their skin, program toy robots, look at fluorescent worms under a microscope, and ask plenty of questions about the brain. We were particularly honored to have new Max Planck Society president Patrick Cramer and Göttingen’s Mayor Petra Broistedt spend time with us. It was a fantastic day and also great fun to catch up with our colleagues from @MPIforBI, @MPINB_caesar, and @MPFNeuro.
