#CVU assisting with a road safety operation in Reddish. Many commercial vehicles checked, and many dealt with for minor issues. However, this one seized #Sec165 as the driver had no hgv licence. 🤷‍♂️ Do companies check their employees ? Obviously not.

Stopped whilst delivering a LR Evogue. Overweight by 680kg gross & 250kg on the rear axle, not insured, but his dad was. No DL, as never applied for one after his 12 months grace. Couldn't see what the problem was. All seized #Sec165. #CVU keeping the roads safe. #prosecuted.
