And another #secretCaller 6 m 6 sec. (2 min 30secs on hold) Kept me on the phone even though I told didn't have my ins info... At beginning --didnt schedule --told me to call back #frontdesksuccess

#secretCaller here's another takeaway that everyone must own in physio.... YOUR team, based on YOUR training.. has made DIRECT ACCESS a barrier to care.. Everyone who has "explained" DA to me has done it poorly OR flat out talked me out of it AGAIN THIS IS ON MANAGEMENT.. 1/

#SecretCaller For those of you who frequently say ... "Your approach will make our calls longer"... I just did a 5min 46sec call where ALL the info collected was for the business --I WAS NOT SCHEDULED --I WAS ASKED TO CALL BACK WITH MORE INFO IN ORDER TO GET SCHEDULED :/
