Was the #Section89IndependentPanel empowered to make any decision regarding the matters it had to probe? Or was it an ad hoc body assigned to gather information on behalf of a statutory body in which the decision making power resides?
Those who have commented on the #Section89IndependentPanel report have elevated it to the status of a “decision” which is reviewable before a court of law. Wasn’t it’s task merely to probe whether or not grounds exist to set in motion the process of removing a President?
This surely settles it!
