I actually have some inspiration to write today, so I'm writing today. Feels good to revisit this story, too.

LOL, for the umpteenth time, I've finished editing #Shadowulf #1, but idgaf, this version is by far the best draft.

I rewrote a good chunk of #Shadowulf #1 & it feels GOOD, omg.
Finally got a bit of constructive criticism on how I could improve it & this draft feels way closer to satisfactory. Been working on it throughout the week & I haven't been this excited to write/edit in a while!
I don't even have money to actually hire a proper creative team, I'm just writing the script for now, and I can't shut up about my comic, whenever given the opportunity to talk about it. #Shadowulf #SuperpowerList #SPL
I managed to add more to this scene for #Shadowulf #4!
Still not quite done writing this scene, but I'm very nearly there! And then, when I am, the rest of this issue should flow way smoother! Proud of my progress! #SuperpowerList #SPL
My characters' information is stored on Word documents, but there's also a whole lot of unwritten headcanon that I still have yet to write down, ngl

I love that my momentum is finally building again, to write & edit #Shadowulf. For a minute, I was worried I had just lost inspiration for it.
Editing #Shadowulf #2 is going rather nicely.
Finding new, better ways to phrase things is always satisfying & no glaring errors or inconsistencies are standing out yet, which is a relief.
I just hope it's not too much an info-dump, but then, some of this is complex material.
There is a certain, distinct, rotten pleasure to be had from "telling people about the story you're working on", making it sound full & generic, but knowing all the fun and exciting twists & turns that you have in store, to make the story your own. #Shadowulf #SuperpowerList #SPL
So, I edited #Shadowulf #1, fixing some dialogue on page 7 & adding a new scene (page 25).
Am I DONE? Probably not, but I'm so happy w/ this latest edit. Finally got times straight for the different settings & set up some suspense down the line. Now, onward to editing issue #2!
Good news: I finally made significant new progress editing #Shadowulf #1 yesterday.
Not so good news: I couldn't add a final script page today, because I got stuck on when and where the setting of this last scene should take place.
I got to it later than expected, but editing #Shadowulf #1 felt so satisfying. The dialogue & the scene both flow much smoother, imo.
PLUS, that means TOMORROW, I get to add to the fun B-plot, so I'm essentially done w/ Issue #1 script edits! Praise God! ☺
YES, dialogue editing is giving me some real satisfaction right about now. Snipping away some trope-y, cliche language gives me that much more confidence in the strength of this comic script. #Shadowulf
Itty-bitty script edit, but it's decent! I'm happy w/ it!

Progress means that I have highlighted the sections of dialogue that I want to improve, so that I don't have to start over every time I visit my #Shadowulf #1 comic script for revisions.
Sorta makes up for all the other things I wanted to get done today, but didn't. 😌
A bit of progress! I finished a page for a new addition to #Shadowulf #4! Not amazing, but not half bad! :)
Re-dialoguing comic scripts is actually kinda nice. It's no fun to look at your work & question what you were thinking when you came up w/ something so corny, but at least hindsight brings perspective to flesh things out for a more authentic feel. #Shadowulf #SuperpowerList #SPL
I seriously need to get back to writing these comics ASAP.
#Shadowulf, #TheRealest & #FighterX are all calling to me! 😩
#SuperpowerList #SPL
Dang, I love how my heroes & villains are developing in this story.
...I should probably get back to actually writing some time soon, huh? 😅
