So the Russel Square tube station has a temporary shutdown of lifts which meant there were 175 steps of stairs between me and getting out. Can't deny it was a great morning workout, but this digital scale-up meeting at @UCLEnterprise better be worth it. #SHAKECC

Glad to be selected for Phase 2 of #SHAKECC at @Rothamsted. We start with a workshop on Life Cycle Analysis by Dr. Adrian Williams from Cranfield Uni. Really important for us since we intend to adopt a cradle to grave approach to estimate emissions from food products. #LCA
