In an audio recording, if authentic, #UPGB RM #Sharat_Chandra is not only threatening borrower but also doing crime for using identity of Police officer: - Threatening a farmer and telling himself SP Bhadohi - Projecting influence over CO, SI and SHO - Using abusive and intimidating language - And after the call, laughing in his cabin saying “How was my style Now he will do it or not?” If genuine, this is deeply disturbing First pressure on branch bankers for targets and mis selling, Now intimidation of farmers using fear of arrest ❌ This is not recovery ❌ This is not leadership ❌ This is not banking culture And let me repeat this does NOT represent bankers Bankers themselves are disturbed by such behaviour this may constitute personation, cheating and criminal intimidation under Sections 217, 248, 319, 351 and 351(4) of the BNS, along with Section 66D of the IT Act, 2000.
