By using bots, @usgsa CFO office, was able to free up 20-50 FTEs worth of work a year. Those were our home runs that we will accomplish in the next few months. #SharedServices18

In the CFO's office, @USGSA started with one bot by April and by end of November, the plan is to have 9 bots. By end of FY 2019, the goal is to ahve 25. #SharedServices18

For @FiscalService, use of RPA helps address workforce turnover at entry level positions. New employees doing this work only would 6-8 months and if they are really good, they were gone sooner. so this helps them stabilize entry level positions. #SharedServices18

By using RPA across 7 processes, @FiscalService saw on avg. 60% improvement in the amount of time it took to accomplish tasks; increased throughput by 30 times; more accuracy and saved 9,000 person hours per year. #sharedservices18
