One of the #Shell7 pleaded guilty for reasons related to childcare. The judge could have punished that defendant. Instead, she was given a conditional discharge.
The verdict in Shell vs the people was a clear victory for the people - damaging Shell's offices was a just act.
When the @Telegraph reported on the momentous #Shell7 verdict, they claimed the judge had chastised the jury for acquitting our rebels.
In fact, he had told them the law then left them free to decide the verdict - innocent.
We complained and the Telegraph corrected.
