Since 2014, the U.S. has been a large contributor to peace agreement bodies in #SouthSudan #RJMEC & #CTSAMVM with lackluster results. The U.S. also remains by far the largest donor to South Sudan. It's time for #IGAD & @SouthSudanGov to contribute meaningfully to lasting peace.
