#ShortWigReview of #1917: so this is #SavingPrivateRyan but make it #GreatWar, Copacabana tracking shot but make it trenches? But it worked for me bc it's a WWI action movie with one indestructible dude. Like #JohnWick sans dog or #JohnMcClane sans catchphrase. Yippee Ki Yay?

#ShortWigReview of #UncutGems: this movie is SO.MUCH.YELLING. I didn't hate #AdamSandler in it as I thought I would but truly the best part is #IdinaMenzel and I could watch an entire movie about her wearing her bat mitzvah dress in that closet whilst her family kvelled about it.

#ShortWigReview of #TheLaundromat: this movie is very terrible despite #AntonioBanderas's best efforts (HE IS ALWAYS PERFECT, OBVS). The ending (spoiler?) has several wig reveals from #MerylStreep, all of which are deeply unsatisfying, much like the whole movie.

#ShortWigReview of #DontWorryHeWontGetFarOnFoot: I guess technically this came out in 2018 but I refuse to see #Joker so this is my #JoaquinPhoenix movie this year. It's good! He's good! The wigs are INCREDIBLY TERRIBLE though I somehow liked #JonahHills wig and entire character?

#ShortWigReview of #TheLighthouse: what even is this movie? If you like depressing jobs, primitive mermaid dolls, light obsession, imaginary mermaids, imaginary feuds with seagulls, cabin fever, fights about lobster, and prestige farting this movie is definitely for you!

#ShortWigReview of #Parasite: this movie is just the best, right? I wish it could win all the Oscars. I'm sure everyone has already seen and loved it (my mom even saw it twice!) and everything about it is perfect, including the fact that there are no wigs.

Oh wait! #ShortWigReview of #Frozen2: My 4yo daughter LOVED. THIS. MOVIE. It's kind of a mess? But I like that it is about native reparations and came out before Thanksgiving? I have now listened to the songs 10000 times and still think #JonathanGroff's 80s banger is best.

Thus concludes #ShortWigReview tweets (for today!) I still have a lot to see and a lot I WON'T see because it's just not fresh enough (#Harriet, #RichardJewell, #Bombshell)! Jury is still out if I will drunkenly see #Cats though. STAY TUNED! My 4yo daughter told me not to!

#ShortWigReview of #KnivesOut: Despite its lack of wigs, THIS MOVIE IS PERFECT. And not just because #BestChris (#ChrisEvans) wears a great sweater & the whole thing is very pro-immigrant/anti-rich white people & #DanielCraig sings #Follies. Only flaw: not enough #JamieLeeCurtis

#ShortWigReview of #TheIrishman: I watched this on #Netflix over 2 days with my mom. The #manwigs were not bad! But maybe a little #CGI in the #deaging process? People are mad at this movie because it's not #Goodfellas. If that is our standard, then all movies suck? It was ok!

#ShortWigReview of #ABeautifulDayInTheNeighborhood: This movie is very weird! In a good way? #TomHanks is great, obvs. His hair/wiglet look good! #MrRogers is a supporting part! I love #ChristineLahti! Also: I don't think I've cried in a movie theater so violently since #StepMom!

#ShortWigReview of #FordVsFerrari: This movie has no wigs. It has CARS. It has a funny #MattDamon and a too-thin #ChristianBale and the main villain is #JoshLucas in a role clearly written for #JamesSpader 15-20 yrs ago. It's too long (but short for #JezButterworth). I liked it!

#ShortWigReview of #JojoRabbit: The only real wig is on #ScarlettJohansson. It's not great! It's not as bad as any she wore as #BlackWidow, tho? I think she may be a #WigmastersEnemy. #TaikaWaititi's Hitler toupee is good! #SamRockwell is always wonderful! I LOVED THIS MOVIE.

So I guess I haven't done a #WigReview of any movies lately because sadly most movies have been wigless!! But I have been going to the movies! Therefore, today I will be posting short, Twitter only #ShortWigReview tweets of wigless (or practically wigless) movies. YOURE WELCOME
