This is the type of crap I have to deal with on a regular basis. No, Mr. Jaques, I’m afraid your British music blog is NOT especially relevant to a website covering the U.S. healthcare system, and it certainly isn’t relevant to a post about Hawaii’s decision to #SilverSwitch.

The #silverswitch approach to CSR loading is going to be even more common in 2019, and it's undoubtedly the strategy that protects most consumers. But it's not all sunshine and rainbows, and consumers need to be aware of the potential pitfalls https://t.co/Lmsze2SYBN

My summary of what's going on with CSR loading for 2019: https://t.co/5csKXRjQIu Some states that carved their own path for 2018 are changing directions; some aren't. And a reminder that #silverswitch can have a downside @EyeOnInsurance @charles_gaba @bjdickmayhew @xpostfactoid

@LouiseNorris @bjdickmayhew @leonardkl Yesterday I noted that DC likely won’t bother loading CSR *at all* since there’s only a handful of people w/CSR and it’s all at the weak 73% level. Today I realized they can’t #SilverSwitch anyway since they have no off-exchange market. They could theoretically #SilverLoad, tho.

At yesterday's policy committee meeting, @C4HCO discussed the state's changing CSR strategy for 2019 (we'll have #SilverSwitch instead of broad load). They referenced this excellent article by @charles_gaba @xpostfactoid @bjdickmayhew and @LouiseNorris https://t.co/ZkkD8UQgBj

@Neoavatara I think you’re giving the efforts of folks like myself, @GetUSCovered, @2018ACASignup etc. too little credit. I’ve had dozens of people tell me they only knew the deadline (or how to #SilverSwitch, or other critical details) because of my getting the word out.

@bjdickmayhew @AlGiordano @SenatorCollins Exactly. #SilverLoading and #SilverSwitch have effectively cancelled out most of the benefits of A-M making the downside far greater relative to any remaining upside.

@Glambert40291 @AislingMcDL Kentucky is a #SilverSwitch state, so as long as you’re subsidized you should do fine, possibly even *better* if you consider Gold/Bronze
