We’ve pursued all proper channels regarding Simba Chitando 🪪 including a visit to the Legal Practice Council on the 20th of March , a formal letter to @HomeAffairsSA, and a follow-up meeting. We are still seeking clarity. Any assistance in uncovering the truth is welcome.

CANCELATION OF ZEP UNLAWFUL.
Well done to #SimbaChitando as the South African courts rule that the cancellation of ZEP permits by the South African government was unlawful.
After going to court for 24 months, fighting against the deportation of ZEP holders, the courts have finally ruled in favor of Simba Chitando and Helen Suzman who joined Simba's case a year after he started it.
This ruling restores the dignity and humanity of Zimbabweans working in South Africa. It is regrettable that Zimbabweans had to take a friendly government to court in the first place, and we hope that this ruling will strengthen the friendship between the revolutionary nationals as they stand against imperialism.
