Many will say that in a large population you’ll find patients who stabilize on a placebo because Alzheimer’s decline is not linear (true). Nonetheless, this example where cognitive decline has been arrested after entering the OLE and starting (presumed) on Simufilam, is quite encouraging. 🚀
