@jonkudelka @olthwaite_eric McGowan took a very long time to amend legislation in WA preventing first time offenders being gaoled for a fine causing 1000s of Indigenous women to be incarcerated. #SistersInside via Deb Kilroy raised lots of $ to pay their fines. Still on went McGowan. That's who he is.
