The violence we’re seeing on college campuses, in cities, at Governor’s mansions, and in homes isn’t random. It’s the result of a culture that’s forgotten the value of human life.   Jewish Americans have been threatened and assaulted. Pro-life students harassed. Bombs and vandalizations at Tesla dealerships. Supreme Court Justices and Presidents targeted for assassination.   I’ve been on campuses across the country, having conversations with students. Here’s what I’m seeing on the front lines:   It’s not just about politics or Left vs. Right.   This is about what happens when a generation grows up without being taught that every human Life has inherent worth.   Before COVID, I’d have conversations on campus where students would at least say they believed in human dignity—that people had value. Even if we disagreed about when Life begins, there was a shared baseline: people matter.   Now? Not so much.   If you don’t believe you were created with purpose… why would you believe your “enemy” was?   This Easter season, we remember the One who settled that question forever.   Jesus didn’t just come for the strong or the likable or the ones who agreed with Him. He suffered and died for each of us—even when we were His enemies. That’s how valuable every human person is.   This is what I pray our team at Students for Life brings to campuses. And it’s why, no matter how hostile things get, I won’t stop.   Because the only thing that overcomes the Culture of Death is the truth that Life is sacred—every Life, born & preborn, friend & enemy.
