If you have been following us over the past few weeks, you will know we are in the midst of restoration work at our #SlopingMain Reserve. This work is part of a project supported by the NRE TAS #ThreatenedSpecies Partnership Grant Program supported by the Tas Govt. This time we are at the #freshwaterlagoon. We are restoring the natural movement of water through the lagoon, which was modified along with the #saltmarsh many years ago.

Thank you to our neighbours down on the #TasmanPeninsula for joining us for a cuppa, biccy and yarn on our #SlopingMain Reserve. With the support of Tasman Peninsula locals, in 2022 TLC was able to protect almost 19,000 hectares of vital Tas habitat.

Our TLC #science team has been back out at #SlopingMain Reserve establishing our long-term #ecological monitoring from healthy woodlands to salt marsh β this reserve has it all. The team's fav photo is of 3 ecologists π· a patch of Caleana minor (small duck orchid).
Our Business Team, who day after day keep TLC running so smoothly, visited one of our newest reserves, #SlopingMain Reserve. It was a wet and cold #spring day, so snorkeling was off the cards, but the spring flowers and a few birdie friends were spotted on their walk.
