The daughter of a doctor at Wexham Park (not #SloughGeneral) having stated that the story is untrue, goes on to speculate whether the real story should have been how many doctors from Pakistan there are at the hospital, carrying out operations every day:

@blaiklockBP My dad works at Wexham Park, the NHS hospital in Slough (which has never been called Slough General), and says that this is absolute nonsense. Maybe it was a typo? Proposed correction: "Major operations are performed by doctors from Pakistan working for the NHS"?
