Great idea! In fact this was a Mirrizzi syndrome with stone impacted in origin of cystic duct. One of the best indications for Spyglass + EHL, which sorted the problem! #SmartStoneManagement @bsc_endoscopy @LLEndoscopy @alerepici @BritSocGastro
@GWebster_endo @bsc_endoscopy @my_ueg @UEGWeekLive @alerepici Inflate the balloon behind the stone as normal, then lock it. Whilst it's still inflated, disconnect the air syringe and refill it with air. Then reattach, unlock and inflate the balloon further. Sometimes bursts the balloon but normally trawls the stone out more often than not!
