Finally got my refund from #snaptravel! It took the #BetterBusinessBureau, a lot of phone calls, text messages and emails to finally get it. Never again will they get my business! Thanks BBB!
@snaptravel very disappointed with recent service, my hotel had no ac and other guests that booked with priceline or expedia or etc easily got their refunds, 3 frustrated calls to get text back saying 10+ days maybe.... #snaptravel #hotels #travel

@snaptravel #SnapTravel is a scam - Iberia Airlines will give me a full refund, the third-party supplier you did not mention you purchased my tickets through (CTS Fares) will give me a full refund, but SNAP TRAVEL won’t!
@snaptravel Filed a dispute with my bank for a refund I’m legally entitled to. If there are no flights and the hotel has closed if nothing else you are in breach only non refundable if I cancel not that you cannot provide a service I have paid for. Shameful argument. #snaptravel
