Presenting our #SiC #Mosfet based #Softswitching #Inverter for automotive applications. Power rating 15kW at 900V dc-link, air cooled but with a future upgrade to Water cooling. Peak efficiency measured at 99.7%! Presented at PCIM-24 @pcimeurope in Nuremberg.
