Finally implemented a way to adjust difficulty. Depending on where the slider is placed in the options menu will determine how many lives you have to start. Also tidied up the hierarchy.

Set up more UI elements to show that the player has lost the level. Upon losing the player is given the option to either play again or go to the main menu. From the menu the player can either play again or quit. Almost done. #SeraphInteractive #SolDefender #gamedev @GameDevTV

Wrote code to count all attackers that get spawned. Once all attackers are defeated and the timer runs out, the player is notified with sound and text. Then the next level gets loaded.

Back in the animator. Made a Gem sprite in Illustrator to be used as currency which is generated by the M-Trophy via animation event. I was also able to animate the gem sprite by changing its transform in the animator. #SolDefender #SeraphInteractive #gamedev @GameDevTV #unity3d
UI work today. Made it so the player can choose one of two defenders selected at the bottom of the screen. The selected defender can then be placed on the game board in a precise location. Also set up a point system. #SolDefender #SeraphInteractive #gamedev #unity3d @GameDevTV
