𝗦𝗼𝗹𝗯𝗶𝗿𝗱 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗲 ~ 𝟮.𝟯 𝗯𝘆 𝗧𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗮𝗻𝘆𝗝 TiffanyJ’s “Solbird Sessions Live” gives us a look into a live set of hers, one constructed in a way that emphasizes female mental health. And unfortunately, other than “Free (Live)”, the organization of this project was really the only positive takeaway I had. She does have a nice voice, and when paired with livelier, more fluid R&B tunes (like the ones in “Free (Live)”) it stands out even more. Occasionally though her vocals can be a little choppy. Musically, I personally found this album, overall, to be flat, I just wasn’t entirely moved by any of these tracks. But with all that said, Tiffany brings an affable energy to the table that is undeniable. I wish this connected with me more, if some of the songs were shorter it actually may have, although it is understandable that they were long since it was for a live set. For me, there was simply too much repetition and not enough substance in the lyrics or instrumentals to truly enjoy. However, go give this a listen and find out for yourself, this may be right up your alley. #TiffanyJ #SolbirdSessionsLive
