Watched #ThankGod, a fantasy comedy drama film directed by Indra Kumar, starring @ajaydevgn, @SidMalhotra, @Rakulpreet . It is a remake of the Danish film #SorteKugler.
It is a badly directed movie with half baked screenplay. #SidharthMalhotra's performance was below avg.
#ThankGodReview:
#ThankGod is a very ordinary fare and in most of the parts, the filmโs humour falls flat.
But #AjayDevgn & #SidharthMalhotra manages to deliver an entertaining performance in this mediocre remake of Danish film #SorteKugler.

#ThankGod is a delightful extended version of #SorteKugler with many additional Indian references. It's brainless and has cheap sense, but a fun watch at the movies. Loved that #Singham, #Hanuman & #Temple segment. Indra Kumar improves comedy from #TotalDhamaal with weak writing
#ThankGod : A few laughs here and there with an emotional end. Can be silly & forced at times. I hope PK-SDT film's screenplay is far far better than this pretty ordinary fantasy comedy.

#SorteKugler works in parts, especially in the first half with the comic humour, while the second half is filled with mediocrity. Most of its scenes are unoriginal, taking inspiration from 40s Hollywood flicks. They have made a joke of Death, only to give a msg.
RATING - 5/10*
