Chad is no longer a state; it is a waiting room for chaos, where the private interests of the "#Toroboro" and the #Emirati dollars of Mahamat Kaka are fighting a proxy war on the backs of the miskin (poor) soldiers. Analysis: The Militia-State on the Brink ! The analysis of the situation reveals a tragedy in three acts, where national sovereignty has been auctioned off to the highest bidder.
