Mountains, sea and forests are left behind and I'm back to work (and back to Kyiv) now!
Ping me if you'd like my input on WordPress site speed or Multisite.
P.S. Also, I'm going to release some bugfix update for #SpeedGuard soon.
I'm super excited not only to be organizing but also to have my #SpeedGuard plugin sponsoring our local WordPress meetup in Kyiv today <3 https://t.co/yPDgfJPo6j
We are going live in 90 mins for out last summer WordPress meetup (yes, on 3rd of September) Schedule and desc: https://t.co/QQBaWgiqfR Join us! #wpkyiv
Good morning #WordPress friends βοΈ
I'm going to share some news about #SpeedGuard in a couple of hours and I'm super excited about it!
It's day #34 of One Page Love where @robhope advises to run your landing page speed tests *regularly*
My #SpeedGuard plugin does it automatically every day and notifies you in case there are any problems
https://t.co/YgAe8hwgng
From now on #SpeedGuard uses #PageSpeedInsights API (which uses #Lighthouse) to test #LargestContentfulPaint
It's raw, it's new, and needs testing.
It's 1.7 releaseπ₯³https://t.co/YgAe8hwgng
If (when) you discover any issues start a support thread and I'll try to fix it asap.
I was asked quite a few times, why do you need to get an API key to use my plugin #SpeedGuard.
SPDGRD (free) uses #WebPageTest API (free) to run site speed tests and get reliable results.
So to monitor speed of up to 65 pages of ur website - it's free
https://t.co/crOPw49F30
It's not a usual thing to do but in the latest #SpeedGuard release, I've added my name and my picture in the sidebar.
SPDGRD was downloaded 500+ last month and I believe, like 90% of this are people who know me in person!
Thank you all for the support<3

After the latest update, #SpeedGuard page loads just in 60 milliseconds.
How fast is that? A blink of an eye takes 300 milliseconds, for example.
Tools for the site speed should be fast themselves, right? :)

I've released a new version of my #SpeedGuard plugin today!
3 main things:
β’ You can now choose both location and connection to run site speed tests (say, to run tests for California using 4G)
β’ It supports Multisite!
β’ Reports look much nicer nowπ°

39% of my #SpeedGuard plugin https://t.co/3t3E5CiD8P has been translated into German! Thank you @zodiac1978 ππ That's so cool!
It will make it easier for German-speaking folks to monitor their #sitespeed right from the #WordPress dashboard <3

My #SpeedGuard plugin just has got another review in #WordPress repo!
I'm really excited it mentions "for #webmaster", cz that was exactly my initial point: to make a tool for webmasters, #SEO and #marketing staff to keep an eye on #sitespeed

Just updated my #SpeedGuard plugin. Main changes:
-> You can monitor #sitespeed of any URL from your website not only posts and pages
-> Fully Loaded is replaced with Speed Index to show #user_experience better
-> Admin-ajax is replaced with #WPRESTAPI

When I released my #SpeedGuard plugin I feared noone would want to try it. But now, as people whom I respect greatly keep telling me "I'll check it out!", I'm getting really nervous
For the last 3 weeks I devoted all the time when I am not working/eating/sleeping/swimming to making my #SpeedGuard plugin compatible with #wordpressmultisite. It's a free tool that monitors #sitespeed and alert you in case it's not ok. Check it out! https://t.co/yPDgfJPo6j
