My brother was shocked experiencing poor facilities @SpiceJet SG 327 (BLR-DBR) on 27 Mar '25! Torn seats, jammed window shades, bland food, missing cutlery, barely functioning AC, filthy toilets 4-hour delay. Unacceptable service @SpiceJet! Do better! #SpiceJetFail #poorservice

Extremely disappointed with @flyspicejet ! My flight was delayed over 6 hours, causing me to miss further reservations. Despite the inconvenience and lack of options, they refuse any compensation. Unacceptable customer service! #SpiceJetFail #WorstCustomerExperience

Refund? What good is it ?My father who is almost a senior citizen with back problems stuck at the airport with an early morning meeting tomorrow! This is beyond outrageous! A measly snack box doesn't compensate for the chaos and inconvenience caused. #SpiceJetFail #FlightDelay
