I see Kakarot as a bridge for developers to tap into these resources without the "language" barrier. And if you would like to go one step further and require low-level Cairo optimization for even better performance, that’s also possible. > But what if I am already a native Starknet developer and want to be closer to the EVM world? There are countless reasons why one should try to be closer to EVM, from liquidity to mindshare, from dev community to user base. Building Kakarot on top of Starknet L2 means every Kakarot transaction is technically a Starknet transaction. This allows Starknet protocols to reuse their Cairo code inter-operably in an EVM environment. I personally think it would be a shame for Starknet's unique builders not to serve the wider EVM user community. Deploying a version of your projects on Kakarot without the technical hassle, to me, is a natural step to expand the overall TAM for yourself and the Starknet chain. ___ TLDR if you're building on either EVM or Starknet, we'd love to speak to you.
