Aligarh: A Muslim youth Rizwan attempted to forcibly abduct the 9-year-old girl-a Class IV student by luring her with chocolates and using deceptive tactics. Rizwan drives an e-Rickshaw.
The incident occurred on 12 Mar 2026 in the Bhujpura area, under the jurisdiction of the Sasni Gate police station.
As soon as the youth grabbed the girl and attempted to take her away, the girl began screaming and raising an alarm.
Alerted by the commotion, local residents became aware of the incident. Local residents apprehended the accused Muslim youth, Rizwan, beat him up and handed him over to the police.
Upon receiving news of the event, several Hindu organizations—including the Bajrang Dal—along with BJP workers, rushed to the police station and demanded strict action against the accused youth.
