Pt on mIVF today, NS@125. Tried to discontinue, but the anecdotal arch enemy ‘swell to get well’ was working hard. I asked the indication of the fluids & parameters used to assess safety & efficacy. Same answer for all—‘They are NPO & fluids are maintenance.’ #StopTheFluids
