@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia 100+ users of Airtel Broadband in 2 societies in Kharadi (Pune) are frequently affected by dis-connection issue. No solutions even after repeated complains. Pathetic customer service. There are many other people who are suffering. #StopUsingAirtel

Pathetic.... Thats how i will describe @Airtel_Presence service. Have been after an excess billing issue for the past 6 days and still not resolved. Interesting thing is that the #CustomerService executive accepted that its a fault from their side @airtelindia #StopUsingAirtel
