Feast your eyes on this page and prepare to bow before Frank Brunner, as he draws Silver Dagger using the Eye to spy on Strange in the Orb. Everything about this is, frankly, jaw dropping. Englehart's script is really good, but Brunner is the star here.

As is often the case, Silver Dagger is an old man with power who makes incorrect assumptions about those around him and doesn't bother to try and see. He "knows" Clea is a girl Strange picked up in the Village, but we know she's from the Dark Dimension.

Phew, it was only a mannequin! Silver Dagger pours the emotional abuse and trauma onto Clea. His goal here is to emotionally break her, so that he can re-make her according to his beliefs.

We have to cover our share of crap here at MAD - Golem, Ka-Zar, Ghost Rider, etc. Every now and then, though, you get something that's not just good but is so very good that it's privilege to cover. Doctor Strange by Englehart and Brunner is that good.
