I've been writing the paperwork for @gtcs Prof Recognition rereaccreditation of the Supporting Teacher Learning PG Cert @StrathEDU It has reminded me how good the programme is and how brilliant the team that work on it are. If you are interested in applying, we start in January
It’s official… I’ve passed the taught element of my #StrathMEd next stop dissertation! Not only have I learned so much in the last 18 months, which has improved my practice and (I hope!) the experience for students, it’s helped me relate to the challenges they face as a student.

Today is all about getting MyPlace ready for welcoming my third cohort of #StrathBusEd students to @StrathEDU next week… have really enjoyed updating the Curricular module based on my learning from the #StrathSTL and digital modules in my own #StrathMEd journey.

A little added bonus from engaging with the #StrathSTL pathway as part of the first year of my #StrathMEd, @gtcs Professional Recognition. Would highly recommend these modules to anyone who works with students, probationers, line manage colleagues or responsible for staff CLPL.

More reading for my #StrathMEd - when I moved to middle leadership in school I often found myself wanting to give advice (in the hope of helping) however the more I’ve explored moving away from telling to asking the better quality reflections I’ve been seeing from students.
