Facts - We have failed fellow humans, not dogs. It’s convenient to overlook administrative failure & demonise dogs for our lapses. Central Govt mandated animal birth control 22 years ago. Bombay HC, today said, “"If you provide food and care, dogs will not get aggressive".

"Nobody can tell a (stray) dog or a tiger what its territorial limits are...we had this problem in the Bombay Hight Court. We solved it by feeding them. Now they just sleep."
