In Q2 the #StudySupportService Team achieved 94.26% of confirmed recruitment for our CRN WM led studies (national average 86.1%). Well done to all involved ensuring this important data is accurately recorded. This is a requirement of being included on the NIHR Portfolio.
The #StudySupportService team received fantastic feedback from the recent national Customer Feedback Survey in October. A 10/10 rating and described the service as useful and the team very knowledgeable. This demonstrates the added value of the support provided to our study teams
