#SunwingUpdates: Since the start of the system issue on Sunday, we’ve had 188 flights impacted by delays. As of this afternoon, 153 of those flights (81%) have been completed or are in progress, and we expect to be close to normal operations by the weekend.

#SunwingUpdates: We’ve extended the option to change travel dates with no fees for Sunwing bookings impacted by the system outage.
Applies to Sunwing bookings with originally scheduled departure dates between April 19, 2022 and April 25, 2022. Valid for travel up to June 23, 2022
#SunwingUpdates: Our teams have been working hard to get more planes off the ground today. Between manual check-ins and sub-chartered aircrafts, 26 planes have departed so far today with another 6 expected to depart tonight.
#SunwingUpdates: We’re continuing to manually check in as many customers as possible today. We’ve also sub-chartered aircraft from other carriers, including @WestJet, @airtransat and @nolinoraviation, to help support our flight operations.
#SunwingUpdates: We are continuing to manually check in all customers until further notice, with 21 planes departing so far today and an additional 13 planned to depart this evening.
#SunwingUpdates: To continue supporting those who have been inconvenienced by ongoing flight delays, we are offering impacted customers the ability to make a one time change to their departure date with no fees.
#SunwingUpdates: While our systems provider continues to work on resolving the system outage, we continue to manually process as many flights as possible but expect further delays. Please note that all impacted passengers with flight delays over three hours will be compensated.
