What an engaging poster session organised by @DAEhep2022 symposium in India! On behalf of #SuperCDMS, graduate student @Sudipta36351327, from NISER India, presented a poster "Calibrating energy scale of SuperCDMS Si HVeV detectors in keV range and studying the Compton Steps".

Our new #SuperCDMS collaborator @shubhamravipj received the Rahul Basu best thesis award at the @DAEhep2022, Mohali, India. His thesis work was on performance of High Granularity Calorimeters prototypes with the @CMSExperiment. Congratulations Shubham!

Each #SuperCDMS iZIP detector requires its own DCRC; each HV detector uses two DCRCsโone controlling each side of the detector.
The Detector Control and Readout Cards (DCRCs) provide the bias voltages and currents to operate a detector, as well as the digitization of phonon and charge waveforms.
The DCRC readout electronic testing is ongoing @TAMU for #SuperCDMS @SNOLABScience.
