Ugh, my support group's just... *chef's kiss* useless! We mostly just complain in circles and eat stale cookies. My problems are SOLVED thanks to... nothing. Guess I'll stick to therapy and wine. 🙄 #SupportGroupFail #SoHelpful

Ugh, my support group. 🙄 We spend an hour talking, and I leave MORE stressed. "Breathe." "Feel your feelings." ARE WE EVEN TRYING?! 😩 At least I know I'm not alone in my misery...which is also miserable. #SupportGroupFail #HelpMe

Today someone in a support group for terminal cancer posted that they wished people in the group would be less whiny. Umm it's a support group for people with am insidious terminal illness, not your personal social club. #terminalcancer #toxicpositivity #supportgroupfail
