People are crying over a rumor, saying it would be incredibly disrespectful for Melissa Barrera to be in Scary Movie 6 parodying Scream. Well, unlike Courteney Cox and David Arquette, who were always excited about making the sequels, everyone had to keep convincing Neve Campbell to do all the sequels after Scream 2 (poor Wes Craven) because she felt she was bigger than Scream and Sidney. That's the respect Neve Campbell has for Scream and its fans, but the so-called "OG Scream fans" don't say a thing about it!
Funny enough, it wasn't until Spyglass found a new lead, wrongfully treated Neve like trash and "kicked her out" of Scream 6, that she "remembered" how much she loves the franchise, wanted to be a part of the sequels, and went to every convention and interview to cry about it.
